Prior to joining AHDC, Tyler’s background also included over five years of significant regulatory compliance in employee benefits, ERISA, and the Affordable Care Act.

Dave Anderson, President and shareholder, concentrates his practice in Taft-Hartley multi-employer and single employer benefit plans. He has represented these types of plans for more than thirty years, with a practice that encompasses many types of plans of all sizes.
Partner and shareholder Cindy Davis has served ERISA and employee benefits clients for over twenty-five years. She has significant experience representing multi-employer and single employer benefit plans and regularly counsels clients on issues including ERISA, HIPAA, PPACA and FMLA.
Amanda Cefalu, partner and shareholder, is an experienced litigator who has been instrumental in helping numerous self-funded and multi-employer benefit plans recoup millions of dollars. She handles protection policies and disputes.
