Cindy L. Davis Elected to Board of Employers Council on Flexible Compensation

We are pleased to announce that partner Cindy L. Davis has been elected Director-at-Large to the Board of Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (“ECFC”).

A long-time ECFC member and advocate, Cindy has supported the nonprofit organization in multiple capacities, including educating its members.

Cindy said, “Strong knowledge creates a strong membership.”

ECFC is dedicated to the advocacy, education, advancement, and innovation of tax-advantaged benefit programs that facilitate choice for employers and their employees. Members include employers, third-party administrators, health plan providers, payers, providers, payment networks, processors, and financial institutions.

A member of Anderson, Helgen, Davis & Cefalu’s Employee Benefits team, Cindy’s practice for the past 26 years has focused in the area of employee benefits. Her broad experience ranges from benefit plans to employee benefit plan service providers; training for constituencies and industry trade associations; and working with employee benefit plan sponsors, trustees, administrators, and third-party administrators. She regularly counsels clients on issues including ERISA, HIPAA, PPACA and FMLA.

In addition to serving on the organization’s Education and Conference Committees, Cindy will also continue to be active in assisting efforts to educate and influence lawmakers on issues impacting employee benefits.

Cindy added, “I am excited to broaden my service to an organization that provides education and advocacy on healthcare issues that literally affect the lives of all Americans.”
